Happy Birthday to my husband Patrick and his Dad-Dan! Their birthdays are only a few days apart so every year the Rivers clan tries to get together and go to a restaurant in Mankato, MN called Mexican Village. Mexican Village has great margaritas and chips and salsa! YUM. Here are a few memories from our birthday trip this year!
