Kare 11 News stated that the blizzard that hit the Twin Cities this weekend was the 5th largest blizzard in Minnesota History! What a day to be snowed in! Penn Cycle (my husband's work) chose not to open it's doors Saturday, and my Caribou Coffee location in Edina, MN closed at 3 pm. I took a few photos to show how much snow fell at our house- According to the news we got 21 inches! WOW! Pat and I spent our day watching movies, making homemade chex mix, and our new neighbors even invited us over for a fabulous dinner! I LOVE being snowed in! Pat even snapped a few photos of me 8.5 months pregnant! Today (Sunday 12.12.10), The Minnesota Vikings were supposed to play The NY Giants at the Metrodome in Minnesota. It is too bad the Metrodome roof collapsed due to the weight of the snow on top-now The Vikings have to play in New York on Monday night! GO VIKINGS!
